Saturday, Mar. 22---It was a busy day for hockey in Philadelphia. Three champions were crowned at the 29th annual Flyers Cup. Class AAA - La Salle, 4, Holy Ghost Prep 1. Class AA - Conestoga, 3, Pennridge 2, 3ot. Class A - West Chester East 4, Bayard Rustin 1. Saint Joseph's University held an Alumni game, consisting of players from 35 years of Hawks hockey, dating back to the 1972-73 season. There were over 50 players in the two-team Alumni game. |
