Penn Takes 4th Annual Liberty Bell Hockey Invitational

The University of Pennsylvania hockey team won the Liberty Bell Invitational for the first time, shutting out
St. Joseph's, 6-0. It was the second year in a row St. Joe's made it to the finals.
The Quakers sophmore goaltender Mark Tyson was a standout for Philadelphia's Roman Catholic high school, allowing just one goal i the tourney against La Salle.
St. Joe's defeated Temple, the two-time defending champs of the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference, 8-2.
Previous winners were Drexel (twice) and Villanova.
