Cherry Hill's Bobby Ryan Opens Olympic Scoring

Cherry Hill's Bobby Ryan opened the 2010 Olympic scoring in Vancouver.

Playing for USA, Ryan netted the opening goal for the start of the Men's Hockey in the Tournament of the Rings.

Ryan was selected by the Anaheim Ducks, second overall, in the 2005 amateur draft behind Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby.

"Bobby's got sick hands, unbelievable mores, said Anaheim teammate Teemu Selanne. "There are no limits to how good he can be."

With just over a minute to play in the first period Ryan beat Switzerland's goalie.
